We propose a juice that among its ingredients has lemon, strawberries, pineapple and of course the antioxidant fruit par excellence, the grape.
They also recommend honey, that as fruits their sugars are natural that are much better absorbed by the body.
This type of juice contains many antioxidants, which help to slow down the aging process. It also has tannins, potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium. All of them are very important for good health. It should be taken daily in the morning.
Juice of 2 lemons.
1 tablespoon honey.
2 pineapple slices.
1 cup chopped grapes.
Place the fruit in a blender until they are all well mixed. Then combine with lemon juice and add a tablespoon of honey.
If you want you can let it cool or even freeze a little and serve in the form of slush.
