Ingredients
Tuna steaks (1 per person)
1 cup of balsamic vinegar of Modena
1 tablespoon of sugar
Ground pepper
Ground cinnamon
Ground clove or nutmeg
150 gr. of grapes
1 diced mango
1 red onion
Preparation
For the mango sauce:
Fry the onion and add the vinegar with the sugar. When the vinegar loses that strong smell, add the pepper, cinnamon, ground clove and the grapes, either whole or cut in half, depending on the size. Cook for a couple minutes and add the mango. Stir constantly until getting a consistency like jam.
Season the tuna steaks and cook both sides, flipping them constantly until they are well cooked, but not dry.
Plate them up with the grape and mango sauce all over the steak.
