Yogurt and grape mask against sunburn

Frequent sun exposure is harmful to our body, especially to the skin.

Although it is true that, with adequate hydration, fruit, and vegetables, the sun’s rays are less harmful.

Even so, we should use sunblock with sufficient properties to regenerate and moisturize the skin after a sunbath.

It is known that there are serious diseases in the skin, when we detect any anomaly, we must immediately go to a doctor to control it, but there are other types of very frequent conditions that although milder are very annoying, including burns or skin irritations due to sun exposure.

In pharmacies, we can find many creams that help us regenerate skin exposed to the sun and at the same time soothe irritations, but, if you are into home remedies, we recommend the yogurt and grape mask.

Great to soothe these symptoms and also protect the skin again from the sun.

Yogurt and grapes mask

Grapes are rich in vitamins and antioxidants while yogurt moisturizes and soothes your skin.

ELABORATION:

Crush six peeled seedless grapes and mix them with three tablespoons of plain yogurt. Let it cool in the refrigerator.

This yogurt and grape mask is spread over the body or affected areas leaving it to sit for about 20 minutes. Then rinse with plenty of cold water and apply your usual moisturizer.

You can make this mask with our seedless grape variety, but if you decide to do it with some other variety, remember that the seed has essential oils that are preventive for diseases such as cancer, so you can chew them directly or crush them and use their juice. Although in the mask it is not recommended to make it as homogeneous as possible and soft when applied to the skin.
