Cheesecake with grapes

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 tub of cream cheese

1 yoghurt

1 glass of milk

1 glass of cream

1 glass of wheat flour

1 glass of sugar

200 g. of grapes

You can also add some citrus zest

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth. Cut some grapes into very small pieces for the inside of the cake. Add them to the rest of the ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon to mix them well (so that they do not go to the bottom of the cake, we suggest flouring the grape pieces a little before adding them to the mixture). Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mould (if it is silicone, there is no need), and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 50 minutes. In the oven it rises quite a lot, but when it is turned off it goes down again, and this is when the characteristic edges form. To check if it is ready, we use the toothpick method (if it comes out dry, it is ready).

While it is baking, cut some grapes into slices to decorate before serving. If you wish, you can add a drizzle of honey on top to give the grapes a juicier appearance.
